On Saturday, June 10, 2006 The Peninsulas Emergency Medical Services Council held the annual Regional Awards Program on the grounds of their office located at the Virginia Dominion Power Building in Gloucester, Virginia. The event was sponsored by the Council, the Virginia Office of Emergency Medical Services and Riverside Walter Reed Hospital. The event also celebrated the 30th anniversary of the council.
