Performance Improvement Committee
The PEMS Performance Improvement Committee (PIC) consists of EMS agency and health systems leadership and representatives from the Medical Advisory Committee and the Stroke Triage, Trauma Triage and STEMI Triage Task Forces. PIC performs studies and reviews of EMS data systems with the intention of providing necessary information for the Task Forces and others to provide guidance in improving the regional EMS system. PIC also reviews Medical Incident Reviews to identify potential systemic gaps or problems that need to be addressed in the EMS system. PIC meets quarterly in March, June, September & December.
